Course Description

The IG2 – Risk Assessment unit is the practical part of the NEBOSH IGC qualification. Through guided online learning, Safetify Academy will walk you step-by-step through identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and recommending controls.

This is a workplace-based assessment, not an exam. You will produce a real-world risk assessment report that demonstrates your ability to apply IG1 knowledge in practice.

What You Will Learn

Conduct systematic workplace risk assessments
Identify physical, psychological, chemical, and biological hazards
Recommend effective and practical control measures
Document and present a professional safety report

Method: Practical workplace risk assessment submission
Grading: Pass/Fail (must meet all criteria)

Certification

Upon successful completion of IG2, and if IG1 has also been passed, learners will be awarded the full NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
