This Payment and Refund Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment, refund, and related financial obligations between “Safetify Engineering LTD (The Academy)” and students (“Student”) enrolled in any of the Academy’s courses, programs, or certifications. By making any payment to the Academy, the Student acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. DefinitionsFor the purposes of these Terms:
1.1. “Payment” means any tuition, course, or program fee submitted to the Academy.
1.2. “Refund Request” means a formal request by the Student for the return of any Payment made to the Academy.
1.3. “Learning Access” refers to any class attendance, platform login, course materials (digital or physical), or other academic support provided to the Student.
1.4. “External Examination Registration” refers to registration with any awarding or certifying body on behalf of the Student.
1.5. “Calendar Days” refers to consecutive days including weekends and public holidays.
1.6. “Working Days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2.1. Payment is deemed confirmed only when the Academy has received cleared funds and issued an official receipt.
2.2. The Academy reserves the right to deny Learning Access until Payment confirmation is completed.
2.3. Payments made on behalf of the Student by third parties are subject to the same Terms.
3.1. Refund Requests must be submitted in writing via the Academy’s official email: contact@safetifyengineering.com with:

(Reference to this clause 3.1 is mandatory for processing any refund request.)
3.2. Refund requests submitted by any other channel, including WhatsApp, phone calls, or social media, will not be accepted.
4. Refund Structure Based on Days After Payment4.1. Refunds are calculated according to the number of calendar days elapsed since Payment:
Refunds shall be calculated based on the number of calendar days elapsed since the date of Payment, as follows:

For refunds requested within 1 to 3 calendar days after Payment, a 7% deduction shall apply.

For refunds requested within 4 to 7 calendar days after Payment, a 15% deduction shall apply.

For refunds requested within 8 to 14 calendar days after Payment, a 30% deduction shall apply.

For refunds requested 15 calendar days or more after Payment, a 35% deduction shall apply, subject to Clauses 5 and 6.
Note: The deductions specified above are superseded if Learning Access has already been provided, in which case the minimum deduction shall be 30% (see Clause 4.2).
4.2. Notwithstanding Clause 4.1, if Learning Access has been provided as defined in Clause 1.3, the minimum deduction shall be 35%, regardless of the number of days since Payment.
5. Courses Requiring Internal Completion Prior to External Exam Registration5.1. Certain courses require Students to complete all modules, internal assessments, exercises, and attend classes in full before being registered for external examinations.
5.2. If a Student completes all internal requirements as per Clause 5.1 but requests a refund prior to External Examination Registration, a 50% deduction shall apply.
5.3. If the Student has completed 50% or more of the course content or training hours, no refund shall be granted.
6. Postponement of External Examination Registration6.1. Students may request a postponement due to personal, work, family, or health reasons.
6.2. Postponement requests are subject to the following conditions:

The Student must pay any difference in exchange rate or additional fees imposed by the awarding body at the time of actual registration.

Postponements are valid for a maximum of three (3) months from the original registration date. After this period, full updated fees will apply.
6.3. Reference: Clause 5 governs cases where internal completion is already achieved but exam registration is pending.
7. Non-Refundable Situations7.1. No refund shall be granted if:
a) Payment has been processed to an awarding body or certifying organization (see Clause 2.1).
b) Learning Access has been provided and Clause 4.2 applies.
c) The Student has been dismissed due to misconduct or violation of Academy policies.
d) Payments were made under discounts, promotions, or special offers.
7.2. Reference: Clause 4.2 shall supersede Clause 4.1 in cases where Learning Access has been provided.
8. Refund Processing8.1. Approved refunds shall be processed within 13–20 working days following verification of the Refund Request as per Clause 3.1.
8.2. Refunds shall be processed through the original Payment method unless otherwise agreed.
8.3. Working Days for processing refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays (see Clause 1.6).
9. Digital Materials & Delivery Confirmation9.1. Digital or physical materials provided to the Student are considered delivered once sent via email, learning platform, or official Academy channel.
9.2. The Student cannot claim a refund on the grounds of non-receipt once materials are delivered as per Clause 9.1.
10. Part Payments and Deposits10.1. All deposits or part payments become non-refundable once Learning Access is provided as per Clause 1.3.
10.2. Reference: Clause 4.2 also applies to deposits or part payments.
11. Re-enrollment After Withdrawal11.1. Students who withdraw and subsequently wish to re-enroll must pay:

Any updated course fees applicable at the time of re-enrollment
11.2. Reference: Clause 10 governs non-refundable part payments prior to re-enrollment.
12. Policy Amendments12.1. The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
12.2. Updated Terms shall apply to all new and continuing Students.
12.3. Reference: Amendments do not retroactively affect refunds already processed under previous Terms.
13. Acceptance of TermsBy making any Payment to Safetify Engineering LTD (The Academy), the Student acknowledges:
13.1. They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
13.2. They accept all conditions regarding refunds, Learning Access, external examination registration, and deductions.
13.3. These Terms shall govern all financial interactions between the Academy and the Student.
