
ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor – Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
Course Description
This online training prepares participants to plan, conduct, report, and follow up first-, second-, and third-party Environmental Management System (EMS) audits in line with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 19011, and ISO/IEC 17021. Using interactive lectures, case studies, workshops, and audit simulations, learners develop the skills to lead audit teams, assess compliance, and drive continual environmental improvement.
Key Learning Outcomes:
· Understand and interpret ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
· Apply auditing principles and manage EMS audits effectively.
· Lead audit teams, communicate with auditees, and handle findings.
· Identify nonconformities, recommend corrective actions, and integrate EMS audits with other systems.
Assessment & Certification: Includes quizzes, a simulated audit, and a final exam. Successful participants earn an ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate (accredited if partnered with IRCA/Exemplar Global).
Requirements:
· Prior ISO 14001 knowledge (or foundation course).
· Recommended auditing or environmental management experience.
· Access to ISO 14001:2015 standard and a device with internet.
· Duration: 4–5 days (32–40 hours).
