Before accessing the portal, ensure you have the following information and digital documents ready to avoid time-outs or errors during the process.

1. Mandatory Digital Documents

  • Passport Photograph: A clear, digital headshot (formats: JPG).

  • Valid ID Card: A digital copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., Ghana Card.)

  • File Requirements: Ensure no single file exceeds 5MB.

2. Optional Documents

  • Educational Certificates: Scanned copies of relevant qualifications if the program registration reguires.

3. Required Information

  • Contact Details: An active phone number (this will be your Login ID) and a valid email address.

  • Location: Your Region of Residence (Ghana) and your GhanaPost GPS Digital Address (e.g., GA-123-4567).

  • Course Details: Know exactly which course you want to study (e.g., Category: Health & Safety, Provider: IOSH, Course: Managing Safely).

  • Sponsorship: Know who is paying for the training (Self, Company, etc.).

Step 1: Registration
  1. Navigate to the sign-up page.

  2. Enter your Phone Number (Note: You will use this number to log in later).

  3. Create and confirm a secure Password.

  4. Click Register & Start Application.

Step 2: Authentication
  1. Upon successful registration, you will be directed to the Login page.

  2. Enter the Phone Number and Password you just created.

  3. Click Login & Continue.

Phase 2: Filling the Application Form

Step 3: Personal Information (Section 1)
  1. Fill in your Full Name, Date of Birth, and Gender.

  2. Select your Nationality and Region of Residence.

  3. Enter your Email Address.

  4. (Optional but Recommended) Enter your Digital Address (GhanaPost GPS).

  5. Enter your full Residential Address.

  6. Click Save & Next.

Step 4: Course Information (Section 2)
  1. Course Category: Select the general field (e.g., Health, Safety & Environment).

  2. Course Provider: Choose the certifying body (e.g., IOSH Courses).

  3. Preferred Course: Select the specific program (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely).

  4. Select your Desired Start Date and Mode of Study.

  5. Indicate how you heard about the academy.

  6. Click Save & Next.

Step 5: Educational Background (Section 3)
  1. Select your Highest Level of Education.

  2. Enter the name of your Previous School/Institution and the Year of Completion.

  3. List any relevant qualifications or certificates in the text box provided.

  4. Click Save & Next.

Step 6: Payment & Sponsorship (Section 4)
  1. Select the entity responsible for the fees (e.g., Self, Employer, Parent).

  2. Click Save & Next.

Phase 3: Documentation & Submission

Step 7: Document Uploads (Section 5)
  1. Select "Passport Photo" from the document type dropdown and click Upload File.

  2. Select "ID Card" from the dropdown and click Upload File.

  3. (Optional) Upload any other certificates.

  4. Review the "Uploaded Documents List" to ensure files are attached successfully.

  5. Click Save & Next.

Step 8: Declaration (Section 6)
  1. Read Policies: Click the tabs to read the Terms of Use, Payment & Refund Policy, and QHSE Policy.

  2. Checkbox: Check the box that says "I agree to the declaration and policies."

  3. Digital Signature: Type your full name in the box provided. This acts as your legal signature.

  4. The Date of Submission will auto-fill.

  5. Click Save & Next.

Step 9: Final Review & Submission
  1. Review all entered information carefully on the summary page.

  2. Warning: Once you submit, you cannot make changes.

  3. If everything is correct, click Submit Application.

Step 10: Print or and Download Application Form

To complete your guide, here is the final step added to the process. This ensures applicants have a physical or digital record of their submission for their own files.

Once you have clicked "Submit Application," the system will generate a summary of your completed form.

  1. Generate PDF: Look for the "Download Application" button on the final confirmation screen.

  2. Save a Copy: Save the PDF file to your device (Phone or PC). It is highly recommended to keep this copy as a reference for your admission number and selected course dates.

  3. Physical Copy: If required for offline verification or your employer’s records, print the downloaded document.

  4. Confirmation: Check your email for a formal acknowledgment from Safetify Academy confirming that your application is under review.
