PAYMENT OPTIONS & METHODS – FAQ

 

  • FAQ1.  How much do I need to pay to start a course?

To register for any course at Safetify Academy, you are required to make an initial payment of 50% of the total course fee.
This initial payment covers:

Course registration

Access to course materials and classes

Note: You must complete full payment of the remaining balance before you are eligible to sit for your exams.

 

  • FAQ2. When do I pay the remaining 50%?

The remaining 50% of the course fee is payable before you take your exams or request your certificate.

 

  • FAQ 3. What payment methods are available?

We offer several secure and convenient payment options:

  • Mobile Money (MoMo)

  • Bank Deposit or Transfer

  • Online Payment Platforms (available upon request)

Payment details will be provided during registration.

 

  • FAQ 4. Can I pay the full amount upfront?

Yes. You may choose to pay the full course fee upfront, which allows you to start your course and sit for exams immediately once completed.

 

  • FAQ 5. Can I pay in installments beyond the 50%?

In certain cases, special installment arrangements may be approved.

  • FAQ 6. Do all courses follow the same payment structure?

Yes. All courses at Safetify Academy follow this payment structure:

  • 50% initial payment to register and access course materials

  • 50% remaining balance must be paid before exams or certificate issuance

 

  • FAQ 7. Can I enroll in more than one course at the same time?

Yes. You may enroll in multiple courses simultaneously.
Each course requires its own 50% initial payment, with the balance payable before exams or certificate request.

 

  • FAQ 8. What if I want a hard copy of my certificate?

Students who wish to receive a printed hard copy certificate will pay an additional fee for printing and shipping.

The total cost depends on your location and courier service.

Safetify Academy manages the entire process, including printing, packaging, and shipping.

You will be informed of the exact amount when you request the hard copy.

Tip: Most students start with the soft copy for immediate use and later request the hard copy if desired.
Both copies are authentic and equally recognized.

 

  • FAQ 9. Is my payment refundable if I change my mind?

Payments are non-refundable once registration and access to course materials have been granted.
However, students may be allowed to:

  • Reschedule their course

  • Transfer enrollment to another session or course

 

  • FAQ 10. Additional Notes:

All payments are secure and confidential.

Certificates (soft or hard copy) are issued only after full course payment.
